07 Game Rules and Fair Play

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ev77:

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, ev77 will notify the player via their registered contact details and provide an estimated timeframe for resolution. During a suspension, the player will not be able to log in, deposit, play, or withdraw.

Where an account is permanently closed due to a terms violation, any real money balance remaining in the account will be reviewed. Balances that were not obtained through prohibited conduct will be returned to the player's registered payment method after deducting any applicable bonus funds. Balances obtained through prohibited conduct will be forfeited.

12 Limitation of Liability
